Welcome to Emmanuel Bridlington!
Welcome to Emmanuel Bridlington! All sorts of people come to this warm, friendly church. Services are informal, and there's always good quality coffee afterwards - usually with cake thanks to a particularly enthusiastic Church Warden! Our services take place both in the Emmanuel church building, just a couple of minutes walk from Bridlington seafront, and online through our Facebook page and YouTube channel. Our building is fully accessible to cater for all needs - if you think we can do more to help you feel comfortable, please let us know.

Here at Emmanuel Bridlington we are committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO), Mrs Sonia James, phone 07783 024880. The Diocese of York’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA by phoning 01904 699524. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
We are a church by the sea, and we believe in making the most of that! Here are some pictures of the ordination to the priesthood of our Curate Heather on 30th June 2024, followed by pictures of our wonderful service of baptism and confirmation with the Archbishop of York on 14th August 2022.
